This is the very first so called "lab cls photo" taken tgt. I did not want to take at first, but my clsmate dragged me in! and so that was the reason that my face was in half?! dun we look like scientists? i am just so fortunate to be enrolled in sas! although boring, yeah...
in microbio lab lesson...
can you see the Esherichia.Coli( a kind of bacteria that makes us sick)? the small white spots on the agar plate? so disgusting cos we can see fungi on it too. makes me puke and lose my appetite.
i think this was the pour plate method, we also have the spread plate method which is the picture above.
